Grace's Landing is a privately owned property built with an attention to detail that sets it apart from the rest.  The concept was born and named in honor and memory of the owner's grandmother, Grace, who lived independently into her late 90's.  The concept of affordable living in an independant setting, yet having the feeling of community with caring neighbors is what brought the project to life in 1997.  In 2013, all 70 units had an interior facelift and are shining brightly today - come see for yourself!
